If you reached this page – you may be panicking. Don’t! Panicking never helps and usually makes things worse. Whatever is causing you fear and anxiety won’t be fixed by panicking.
Remember: we are given total control over one thing in this world – our thoughts. That’s one of the most important lessons in life.

Below are a few steps to help you with any problem you may have:

On a piece of paper:

Identify and write down the problem specifically
Identify and write down the source or cause of the problem, there may be more than one
Identify and write down a plan of action for solving this problem, or at least improving your situation
Start where you stand to implement the plan – begin immediately, even if you are just thinking about how to improve the situation
Make a list of all the things you have to be thankful for and say “THANK YOU” for what you already have
Realize that “every adversity holds within it the seed of an equivalent or greater benefit” (Napoleon Hill)
When you’ve got any problem to deal with, you should always ask yourself some questions, which end up helping you resolve the problem just by coming up with the answers to the questions. Some of those questions are:
When did the problem arise and how did I get into this situation?
What can I do to stop it from getting any worse?
What can I do to start making it better?
Who else is involved with this situation and how should I deal with that person or people?
Over what aspects of this issue do I have control and what aspects are beyond my control? (Only focus on that over which you have control)
What would the resolved situation look like (what is my best resolution for this matter)?
